FIT CAMPS

For some, the thought of joining a fitness boot camp may sound intimidating.  You probably have seen advertisements of boot camp work out videos and classes to participate in your local area.  Yes, boot camps are the new “trend” in fitness but we are here to tell you they are so much more!  At Personalized Fitness, our goal is find a fitness program to apply for every individual’s needs.  We want you to know that our Fitness Boot Camp is unlike any other fitness program out there!  Here is why…

1.  Come As You Are:
Our mantra is : “You can never fail, you can only quit” .  Don’t be discouraged to try if you’ve never experienced a fitness camp before.  If your thinking, “Man I could never do 100 push ups!”, that’s ok!  Our trainers are experienced to help you get results at your fitness level. 

2.  It Actually is FUN!
Lunges, squats, pushups, crunches… Yeah, it really is fun.  Yes you will sweat, you will be sore, you will be pushed, BUT, you will lose weight, you will tone, you will be stronger, and you will see results.  And you are sharing in an experience with others who are seeking the same goals.  It is teamwork.  And when two or more are gathered together, there is POWER! 

3.  It is NEVER boring:
You will always have a new experience when you come to your session.  Positively, our bodies respond well to new exercises and therefore you will get quicker results.  Staying motivated is the key and we want to encourage you every step of the way!   

4.  LIFE CHANGING
Our goal for you is to wake up every day feeling more empowered, stronger, healthier, and happier.  You give so much of yourself to your work, family, children, community, etc… Why not give yourself the best gift of all, your health.

5.  CONVIENENT
We won’t make you wait until the first of the month start date to begin our program.  Join when you can join!  Also, depending on the weather conditions, we can take our boot camps indoors!  So no worries about inconsistencies with your work outs.  Our camps are year round.
