One on One Personal Training

One on One personal training is just what it sounds like -- One Trainer working together with One Client to personalize a fitness and nutrition program designed to meet your expressed needs. Most of our clients train with their trainer an average of 3 days per week. Our clients also have access to our Private Studio all 7/24/365 for independent cardio workouts, or to pursue additional training on their own at no additional cost. They pay only for the time they spend One on One with their trainer.

All of our clients begin with a FREE Fitness Consultation.  Beginning with what their wants goals and desires, then moving into their personal medical history, hereditary or family history, and exercise history. Once we have all this information and discuss all the necessary issues we begin the fitness assessment based upon your expressed needs.
