Personalized Fitness began in 1982 and became a full time endeavor in 1995. Personalized Fitness opened their first location in 1999. Personalized Fitness is owned and operated by Mark Sullivan. Mark began in the fitness industry in 1982 while pursuing his Exercise Science Degree at University of Nebraska Lincoln.
